There are smoother ways to get to your goals… like taking inspired action every day to get closer to where you want to be.
Inspired action that comes from a genuine place and aligns with your highest potential.
Taking action from a place that aligns with your highest potential isn’t easy, but it doesn’t feel BAD. It challenges you, but in a positive way so that you can grow into who you need to be in order to live the life you desire.
I like to start this process through perspective shifting, one of the components in what I refer to as MINDSET.
Step number one is awareness.
You can’t meet yourself where you are if you don’t even know where you are!
Awareness of your thoughts and self talk is a great way to start out. Practice this everyday and it will become easier over time!
Once you have awareness of where you are currently, you can start to get curious about what is serving you and what you need to let go of in order to move forward to reach your goals.
I know it can be “easier” in the short term to stay in your comfort zone and not do this work, but the last thing I want for you is to be unhappy or “stuck.”
