Here we are into the second day of the second month of 2016. Woah, slow down there…I mean seriously where do the days go?!?
This post is meant to make you think…I mean it is basically a post about the passage of time.
Here we go: How are you using your days? Can you pinpoint how you spend your hours? Now what about your minutes?
Here is an example: How many minutes do you spend on your phone each day? Texting, scrolling through social media, emails, etc.
I challenge you to track the amount one day. Pay attention to the time spent (seriously, time it) then add all the times together, totaling them up. If it is more than 60 minutes lets go ahead and translate it into hours (ex: 90 mins translates into an hour and a half). That’s time you could have used at the gym or for cooking that healthy meal you told yourself you didn’t have time for! Truth may hurt, but its time to manage your time better!
I bet you will be surprised how much time is waste on that damn thing. If you aren’t spending much time on your phone, good for you, you get a gold star and probably don’t have “text neck.” Yay!!
So to wrap it up, I challenge you to track your time spent on your phone and total it up.
