Part One
“WATCH YOUR LANGUAGE MISSY” has a whole new meaning.
And no, I am not about to tell you not to cuss…
This is just a friendly reminder of the impact our words/thoughts have on our reality..and on each other.
Everything is energy.
Your thoughts create energetic vibrations aka frequencies, your emotions amplify them, and your actions increase their momentum.
During a time where as a collective we are worried, stressed, fearful, etc., NOW more than EVER you should know how you can protect your energy and help uplift others from afar.
Here is why we are all feeling the energetic demands right now across the globe:
↠Law of Universal Oneness states that you are an energetic being and everything is connected to you and you to everything else. This means what we think, say, do and believe will have a corresponding effect on others and the world around us.
Have you ever walked into a crowded room of lively people and just immediately felt energized or excited? Or have you felt down after being around someone who is negative? These are examples of how our vibrational frequency, our energy, can affect others.
If you ever need proof of the Universal laws, or a reminder that they are always working, think of the Law of Gravity- drop a pen from your desk and see what happens. It will always drop because the laws of the universe do not stop or only work sometimes.
Right now more than EVER it is vital for your well-being to clear your energy regularly. Let go of and clear all that is no longer serving you or others (worry, doubt, shame, fear, jealousy, anger, etc.) to create space for positive and healing thoughts, feelings and emotions.
Imagine this: Instead of feeding into fear or letting it take over you, you have the tools that help you uplift YOUR state of being AND support the wellbeing of our entire planet.
This IS possible for you. For all of us.
↠Here are some methods to help clear your energy and raise to a higher vibration:
- Breathwork
- Reiki
- Meditation (chakra, grounding, energy protection, affirmation based, gratitude meditations)
- Yoga
- EFT (aka tapping)
- Grounding or Earthing in nature
These are all methods that you can do at home or nearby. There are many reiki practitioners who offer distance healing and yoga classes (Like Yoga works) that offer online platforms.
Insight timer is my favorite meditation app and there are resources online that guide you through EFT (Youtube it).
These are powerful aids to amplify your vibration and connect with your inner self and/or a higher power to your own understanding.
I ultimately believe that we are our own healers , but as social species living in this physical reality as humans, seeking support and connection from another person who facilitates healing is so helpful and powerful, especially in challenging times. They can offer different perspectives and can help you see your “blind spots.”

Honoring what you are feeling without judgment takes practice, so be kind towards yourself during this time.
I hope this has helped you realize that you are more powerful than you think AND there are methods you can do today at any time that can help shift your energy and create positive change, not only for you, but for the greater good of all.
